Luxury kitchens meet Florida living.

Designed for Entertaining

We design our outdoor kitchens around your preferences and style. Whether you are looking to have a small space for more family gatherings or a large area to accommodate parties, outdoor kitchens make entertaining so much more enjoyable.

The wonderful thing about outdoor kitchens is their versatility. We can create intimate fire pit kitchens for smaller treats or specialty kitchens for pizza ovens and grills.

Custom Functionality & Features

Our custom outdoor kitchens begin with a Design Consultation to determine the best layout for your home.

We can include custom barbecue islands, outdoor sinks, griddles, refrigerators, ice makers, fire pits, sitting walls and fountains. Because your outdoor kitchen is custom built, we can build everything around your preferred placement.

All of our islands are custom-made with concrete block or wall block to suit the needs of the space and the taste of the homeowner. Countertops come in many styles of granite and tile. Sinks and fixtures also come in a variety of finishes, shapes and sizes. Each kitchen is as unique as the home it elevates.

All of our projects begin with a Design Consultation.

Outdoor Kitchen FAQ

An outdoor kitchen that includes a 500 sq ft patio area, a 10 ft island, an inset grill and a mini-fridge usually takes approximately 2 weeks to complete.

Larger, more ornate outdoor kitchens with a bigger footprint and additional features can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.

We do our best to schedule installations as efficiently as possible so you can get your patio back quickly. We will include an approximate timeline for your custom kitchen with your estimate.

We can install many features in outdoor kitchens including:

  • Built-In Grill
  • Stove
  • Griddle
  • Pizza Oven
  • Churrasco
  • Refrigerator
  • Ice Maker
  • Fountain
  • Fire Pit
  • Sitting Wall
  • Fireplace
  • Pergola
  • Sink
  • Heaters
  • Paver Lights
  • Paver or Tile Patio

Not all materials should be used in outdoor kitchens.

Standard cabinets used for indoor kitchens should not be used outdoors, especially in Florida. Wood or MDF cabinets will deteriorate due to the weather, high humidity and can lead to termite or carpenter ant issues.

Our cabinets are custom made with either metal framing or concrete block to suit the needs of the space and the taste of the homeowner. There are also now lines of outdoor-grade, weatherproof cabinetry available.

Most types of quartz and epoxy should not be used as they will fade in the sun. Ceramic tile is also not as resistant over time as porcelain tile.

There are now some types of high-end quartz that are guaranteed for outdoor use, but we still recommend granite or porcelain tile countertops. These will be the most resistant over time and can be installed in a variety of colors and finishes.

We believe that full transparency is the best policy. Below, you will find a thorough look at our process from start to finish.

  1. All of our projects begin with a Design Consultation. You can schedule this yourself by clicking here or by calling the office at (727) 440-4480.
  2. We will send a Design Specialist to your home who will discuss design options and measure your project. We can often give a rough estimate at this consultation.
  3. We may follow up with a walk through with the Project Manager depending on the complexity of the project.
  4. We will send you a formal, itemized estimate within 48 hours of your Design Consultation. This estimate will include the estimated timeline for your project completion. We can also send renderings or mock-ups to show you what your project will look like when completed.
  5. Once you email us written confirmation of the estimate, we will email a formal contract for you to sign. This contract will include the itemized estimate you approved and a payment schedule. A deposit payment is due at contract closing. Payments will be due at the start, midway and closing of the project.
  6. Once we receive the signed contract and the first deposit, we will send over a Notice of Commencement to be notarized to start the permitting process (if necessary). We will also need a recent survey of your home if permits are necessary.
  7. We may have to apply for the permits if the project involves water lines or structural changes. Depending on the county and/or city we need to apply through, the permits can take up to 2 months to be approved. Some building departments have faster processing times than others.
  8. We will order the materials and schedule delivery to your home. Some materials will need to be selected by the homeowner and may require separate delivery and order by the homeowner.
  9. With your permission, a few days prior to your installation, we will schedule “before” pictures to be taken of your installation.
  10. The project will commence and we will collect the first payment.
  11. Depending on the features selected for the outdoor kitchen, the order of material installation varies.
  12. If the outdoor kitchen includes custom cabinetry or a custom island, that will be built before any items, such as grills, refrigerators, etc., are inserted into it.
  13. Firepits, sitting walls, fountains and other features will be built into the kitchen based on the constellation of the kitchen area.
  14. The third payment will be collected at the midway point of the project. This will be written into your contract depending on the materials being installed in your outdoor kitchen.
  15. Project manager performs final walk through and collects final payment.
  16. With your permission, we will schedule “after” pictures to be taken of your installation. We would be happy to send you copies of these pictures.

Add the final touch of beauty to your home.
